ASSESSMENT STORY
Assessment Tasks
In the 8 AIL Numeracy program we recognise that it is important to give feedback about progress through formative tasks. This requires practice with fluency of skills, understanding and reasoning to be able to use these to solve problems not just in Numeracy Classes but also in Integrated Units, Project Based Learning and Immersion Topics. We want our students also to take these skills 'outside' in to their worlds to optimise the potential for success in all areas of life.
The students should recognise it will require strengthening their learning attributes to be powerfully Numerate.
